Had very good experience at Passport Seva Kendra Vazthacadu. I had applied online for Renewal of my passport (along with address change ) got my appointment scheduled online.it took 45 mins to complete the formalities at passoport office today (more like VFS,verification of document and biometric data capture ) and no hastles. Gone are the days of Agent Moorthy ! :)
