Next to come was some prawns and Calamari rings in the Southern Spice marinade, Sardine in Paprika Chilly. Mahi Mahi in Asian Lime marinade was our favourite pick. So Soft that fish melted in your mouth with no bones - fish pieces were perfectly marinated had flavours of fresh Ginger, Lime, Ajwain which went really well with the pudina chutney.

In the Pizza section we had quite a few options to select from – Pizza Marinara, Shrimp pizza, Fish Tikka Pizza and Chilly fish Pizza. We requested chef for pizza with assorted seafood and it was one of the best Pizza I have had in recent past. The thin crispy crust, crunchy calamari rings, juicy shrimps, tender fish tikka, loads of cheese and fresh herbs – I will highly recommend Seafood Pizza of Hilton Trivandrum J

In the Main course along with the sumptuous spread of veg and non-veg cuisines we had Malabar fish
curry – Tuna in thick coconut based gravy and very delicious Chilly Crab. And Salad section had 3 varieties of seafood salad – Som Tum Salad with fresh shrimps, shreds of raw Papaya, beetroot and dash of lime, Masala Kozhuva (Anchovy)  and Calamari cocktail.
